We were instructed by L&Q to produce a variety of content for their stunning Excalibur development. This included Photography, Video Fly-Through, Matterport Tours and CGI visualisations for both internal and external views of the development. Additionally we produced 3 virtual tours, for 3 different plot types currently being built at the development.

Maiden Lane

We were instructed to produce a collection of ground level CGIs to showcase the riverside development Maiden Lane. For this project we modelled, textured and lit the entire scene, making use of our ForestPack plugin to create the trees, foliage and grass in order to compliment the main selling point of the site (the access to the river). We also added scene furnishing such as plants, cars, curtains and birds to the renders in order to help achieve realism across the visuals.
