Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team remotely. This position is ideal for candidates who are skilled in developing and executing marketing strategies and are comfortable working in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they resonate with our target audience, primarily marketing managers in the UK property industry.
  • Develop compelling case study pages, using our pre-designed template, for our website, showcasing successful projects and client testimonials. This includes content creation, layout design, and coordinating with the team to gather necessary information and visuals. Promote these case studies through various marketing channels to highlight our expertise and success stories.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with our sales and creative teams to create engaging content that showcases our services and products, such as Tidyspace.
  • Manage our online presence, including website, social media, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Foster relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Explore and establish new market segments, including international opportunities.
  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget.

Daily Routine:

  • Email and Communication Check: Start the day by reviewing emails and messages on Slack and WhatsApp to stay updated.
  • Team Check-In: Brief virtual meetings with the team to align on priorities and address immediate concerns.
  • Project Management: Review ongoing marketing projects, focusing on progress and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Content Development: Create or refine marketing materials, including case studies, campaign content, and social media posts.
  • Market Research and Strategy Planning: Conduct market research and outline strategies for upcoming campaigns, particularly focusing on expanding into new markets.
  • Collaboration with Creative Team: Coordinate with CGI Visualizers, Camera Operators, and other creative staff to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect their work.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate with clients for feedback, testimonials, or discussions on ongoing projects.
  • Campaign Analysis: Review and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing insights for future strategies.

Weekly Routine:

  • Performance Review Meetings: Weekly meetings to review the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Client Outreach and Networking: Regular interactions with current and potential clients, focusing on relationship building and business development.
  • Team Collaboration Sessions: In-depth sessions with different team members to align on larger projects or initiatives.
  • Professional Development: Allocate time for personal growth, such as attending industry webinars, workshops, or engaging in relevant learning activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the property sector or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
